Let's Breathe, Five-Finger Style!
Fiver finger breathing can be a helpful technique for focusing on breathing and finding calm at home, on the playground, or anywhere! This social emotional learning worksheet will help children teach a family member, caring adult, or friend how to practise five finger mindful breathing. Then they will draw a picture of themselves using the technique. This is a great tool to help manage stress and anxiety in year one, year two, and for years to come!
