Homophones Review
Homophones Review
Homophones are words that sound the same but are spelled or mean different things.
A strategy for remembering the meanings of different homophones is to have students look for smaller words within the word. For example, students can identify the word "pie" in the word "piece." Then have students write a sentence to help them remember the word's meaning. For example: "Can I have a piece of pie?"
