CVC Words

CVC Words

CVC stands for "consonant, vowel, consonant." Some words that follow this pattern include "cat," "man," and "bed." practise building some of these words at home with letter magnets or blocks!
It is important to practise writing and making cvc words with students. Give students plenty of word building practise through manipulatives like magnetic letters or writing on white boards.
