People are almost always moving and on the go! In this social emotional activity, your child will use mindfulness to practise staying as still as statues and feeling into their feet and hands. Then, they will dance their hearts out for 30 seconds before going still again, paying attention to the constellation of sensations and feelings throughout parts of their bodies. This activity is a fun way to help fourth and fifth graders practise self-awareness and stress management.
